How to find us

We are very easy to find.  We are located in ROOM 234, on the 1st floor of Anchor Meadow Health Centre, Aldridge.  Go up the stairs, bear left through the dentists reception and follow the corridor to the end, we are the last door on the right. Please knock to let us know you are there and then take a seat opposite our door.

There is a flight of stairs, but a lift is also present to help the less mobile. Wheelchairs are available in the reception area inside the front door if required.  There are full disabled toilet facilities available and you are welcome to drive your mobility scooter up in the lift and into our room.

We are located on the ring road behind Morrisons supermarket.  The island on the road which gives access to Morrisons, also has an exit to the Health Centre, which is large and clearly marked.  There is ample parking available, including disabled parking.
